Digital Story Reflection
In other classes, I could use this format to create an instructional presentation on how to do something step-by-step. The thing I enjoyed most was finding cool pictures that would compliment my script. One of the most diffulcult parts of the project for me was finding a sufficient amount of interesting facts for each topic. I could see myself using this for personal use to make digital stories of vacations I go on.

Theodore Summary
In the fall of 1913, Roosevelt and a few other men began their jouney through Brazil's River of Doubt. They quickly realized how hard this journey would be; some days the temperature was a high as 105 degrees. At one point, group member George Cherrie gave up and left Roosevelt, Kermit, and the rest of the group to continue on. They had lost dozens of pacs of mules and faced starvation. They had to travel through dangerous currents on leaking dugout canoes. They had looked death in the eyes many times. Througout the expidition, they met Indians and poisonous animals. Despite all the hardships, they mad it through.

Online Safety
I read an article about a 13 year old girl named Megan Meier who lived in Missouri. She had a myspace account and created and online friendship with a boy she thought was her age. It turned out, this "boy" was a group of adults that wanted to humiliate Megan and this devastated her. A short while later, she committed suicide. This horrifying case caused the state government officials to pass some of the strictest cyberbullying laws in the country.
I feel this is a terrible, but very true case for many young and naive individuals. Young adults and teenagers can stop these things before they happen by only talking to people you know online. Also, don't tell a stranger anything, they could seem nice, but in reality they are probably a creeper.
